AJBowler Consult was established as an independent consultancy in the Middle East to provide niche claim and contractual management services for selective industries including oil and gas, infrastructure, building and property. We operate throughout Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe.
AJBowler Consult is led by Andrew Bowler, and supported by seasoned professionals namely Ian Bartlett, William Baxter, Philip Hoskins and Gary Vincent. All possess over 30 years experience and have operated internationally for many years. We have proven results. We are straight forward with the objective of using the right strategy to obtain the best result for our client. We do not cut corners, or limit our service due to budget constraints and go the extra mile to obtain the best result. Past projects include major infrastructure, transport, marine, rail, M&E, power and nuclear energy and high rise building projects which have allowed it to gain experience and expertise in the management of our clients contractual and commercial interests at cost effective rates. Our expertise is getting to the route of the claim and prepares strategies either stand-alone or consolidated, for both commercial contractual issues and delay demonstration for EOT and arbitration.
