Engaged as Expert Witness preparing expert reports for negotiations, mediations, adjudications and arbitrations. Attended hearings and stood on behalf of claimant, questioned and cross-examined on three occasions. Successful in securing two-year extension of time on the Copenhagen Metro for Contractor. Familiar with most forms of construction contracts and all forms of delay analysis including assessment of concurrent delay. Prepared many claims and defences to claims which have proceeded to dispute or resolved successfully out of court.
